Mission statement
We exist to help you, the local population, achieve optimal physical fitness, towards active, healthy lives. We are a small team led by a Physiotherapist, with lots of *experience and skills, if we can’t address your issues ourselves, we most likely know a local health professional who can!
*Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy (specifically, spinal, sports and mobility issues) and Pilates. Acupuncture for pain relief.
