AROMATHERAPY MASSEUSE (ALSO THERAPEUTIC MASSEUSE)
Suzanne Edwards |
A qualified massage therapist with 10 years experience, Suzanne first learned her skill whilst living in Brighton. She then trained in Thai Massage at the Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok. Renting a room in an aromatherapy shop for several years led Suzanne to an interest and qualifications in aromatherapy. She also practices Reiki.
Ideally when working with clients Suzanne likes to combine the benefits of Swedish and Thai massage techniques with the properties of the essential oils to the optimum treatment. She is versatile in her approach as each person has individual needs.
Suzanne finds Reiki to be another useful tool in treating people. It works on unblocking chakras (the bodies energy centres) which when blocked can be the source of many health issues. |

Jessica Mitchell |
Jessica has been practising yoga for 7 years. She is a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor accredited with the British School of Yoga and a YogaBugs instructor, holding a current enhanced CRB certificate (Police check).
Yoga helped Jessica throughout student life and it gave her extra support while studying her Dance degree: as one of the only times where she could do physical exercise and improve her body and mind in a non competitive environment.
Jessica advocates yoga for its many benefits including enhanced calm and confidence. The breathing techniques help combat stress and nerves, the postures ensure no more slouching at a computer or when walking down the street. The ability to improve your mood with a short practice of postures is a wonderful tool to have and one Jessica is delighted to pass on.
Jessica's also holds a pre and post natal yoga qualification.
