YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Jessica Mitchell

Jessica has been practising yoga since 2000. She is a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor accredited with the British School of Yoga and a YogaBugs instructor, holding a current enhanced CRB certificate (Police check).
Yoga helped Jessica throughout student life and it gave her extra support while studying her Dance degree: as one of the only times where she could do physical exercise and improve her body and mind in a non competitive environment.
Jessica advocates yoga for its many benefits including enhanced calm and confidence. The breathing techniques help combat stress and nerves, the postures ensure no more slouching at a computer or when walking down the street. The ability to improve your mood with a short practice of postures is a wonderful tool to have and one Jessica is delighted to pass on.
Jessica's also holds a pre and post natal yoga qualification.
