Marguerite enjoys solving your muscle and joint problems and may offer acupuncture for pain relief. Qualified since 1993 and continually updating, she has extensive skills at senior level in musculoskeletal physiotherapy management, including traumatic orthopaedic cases (conservative and surgically managed) and elective surgery cases. A Pilates and yoga enthusiast, Marguerite also takes individual (clinical Pilates) and group Pilates sessions. Having personal experience of the distress caused by back and knee pain she is a strong advocate of the importance of finding successful treatments. Recognizing the importance of body awareness in life long fitness and being a great fan of both Pilates and yoga she incorporates elements of these practices into rehabilitation programmes suited to all levels from athlete to elderly.
